a) We use the Present Simple to talk about habits or routines: She always wears boots in winter. Мы используем глагольную форму the Present Simple для описания привычных или повторяющихся действий.
We use the Present Continuous to talk about actions happening now/at the moment: She is wearing a raincoat now. Мы употребляем the Present Continuous для действий, происходящих в момент речи (сейчас/в данный момент).
